Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If you are late for your appointment, you may experience a reduced service time in order for the service provider to prepare for the next guest OR you may be asked to use another service provider if there is one available.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to let us know at least 6 hours prior.
A no-show fee will be applied if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel your appointment with less than 6 hours notice. The no-show fee consists of 100% charge of the service appointment booked. You may also be asked to use a credit card to hold any future appointments.
